Best Tower Defense games

What i like the most about these games is that no matter how much time you spend playing them and how many times you fail to pass a stage, you never get bored. Each of them allow a different strategic approach making them very interesting to play. Here are my top 5 Tower Defense games.

1. Kingdom Rush

Definitely one of the most popular tower defense games ever with great animation and game play including 4 tower types , 18 tower abilities and more then 30 enemies. It offers 3 game modes, campaign, heroic and iron making it super challenging and hard. Good news to all Kingdom Rush fans is that Ironhidegames are developing a sequel.

2. Bloons Tower Defense 4 Expansion

My second favorite TD game. What i like about Bloons TD is that it offers a lot of towers to choose from, and a lot of balloons to pop. Also in the beginning you will start with only 1 tower allowing you to learn the special ability's of every tower and then choosing which one suits your game play best. What bothers me a little is that after you finish the game you have an option to keep playing which is perfect but it will start to lag a little or to lag a lot based on the computer you are using. Nevertheless a great game.

3. Cursed Treasure

Next on the list we have Cursed Treasure. What made this game one of my favorite TD games are the skill upgrades, fire rate, range and damage. A lot of upgrades made me think long and hard which one and when to upgrade. You have three towers, grass snow and rock, when upgraded each offers a special ability.

4. Warzone Tower Defense

The only strategy in this game is to create a huge maze of towers. Very addictive and very hard TD game.

5. Flash Elements 2

Amazing game, you can play it all day, simple , fast and fun. You can choose from 2 rows of towers, the second row are more expensive and deal a lot more damage.
